Annvix is a server-oriented Linux distribution based on Mandrakelinux, with many security enhancements. A lot of work has gone into Annvix to make it a lean, slim, and powerful server operating system. As a result, there is no GUI and all configuration is done by hand. The installer is a net-install system meaning that the ISOs to download are small and you only download the packages you need. The installer is text-based; fast, and the installed system is bare-bones with no default services running.
