What trademark issues? Fedora is a Red Hat Trademark and has distribution conditions, [snip] so almost all the mainstream distros are becoming 'commercial' and 'conditional'. they are not as claustrophobic as the EULA of most proprietory, desktop vendors yet. still, all this kind of defeats
