Hi, We are looking to hire a full time resource as 'LAMP' developer with some DBa & Drupal experience.
Our company is a year old startup based here in New Delhi besides, working on 'Proof Of Concept' projects based on open source technologies and working on custom Drupal based projects with its module development. Brief for this vacant position of LAMP Developer is listed under - *Target* Candidates with experience and interest in software development using open source technologies. Knowledge of PHP. Ability to quickly learn and develop in new environments *Job Description* Develop front-tier and middle-tier of web-based applications. *Responsibilities* · Use Rapid Application Development techniques to iteratively fine-tune and improve selected prototypes into working web applications *Required skills* · Experience with software development using LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) · Languages – PHP, HTML, Javascript - Some experience with Database managment/administration would be highly weighted. *Desired skills* · Languages – Java, ActionScript, Flex, C · XML and XSLT · Object oriented development techniques · Web services, SOAP, REST, AMF *Sample tasks/projects* · Work with open source APIs · Extend existing applications using document SDKs · Use a charting engine to represent data visually *Communication and business skills* · Ability to understand design and specification concepts and documents · Participate in open source team development projects · Ability to multitask, prioritize, show initiative and respond quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment *Experience* About 1+ Year * Package/Emoluments* As per industry standard or better for a deserving candidate.
