GNU-R, PSPP, Octave, Gnuplot are statistical
analysis/graphing tools available in the FOSS domain.
Octave is equivalent to matlab, while GNU R is just
like S and S-PLUS.

I'm looking for an OSS alternative to SPSS. I remember Sudev sir
mentioning a package while giving his Ubuntu Presentation last year at
FreeDel...not sure what the name was. Google came up with R and PSPP.
