My reading of the linuxmafia FAQ leads me to the following
understanding:

1. RH's software license does not prevent you from making copies of
the software and installing it on multiple systems.

2. RH's service license agreement DOES prevent you from making
multiple installations from one purchased copy of the software.

3. There is nothing preventing you from giving away copies of RHEL for
free; however you cannot sell it without removing RH's trademarked
portions.

4. If you want to be on perfectly safe legal grounds, terminate your
service agreement with Red Hat.  Then they cannot prevent you from
using multiple copies of RHEL.

5. I am not a lawyer.  If any of my advice causes you to land up in
jail or pay a few crores as damages to someone, I am not responsible.
