Ask india-gii instead. Normally gprs is only worth it with Hutch that too
with dialup or lower speeds.

I don't think it is a good idea until someone thinks this should be done and
goes ahead and does it.
Why should you hint and expect bhaskie or others to fulfill you wish.
You are still volunteering to do it the flowery language doesn't mask your
('evil') intent.
