Subject: [ilugd] apt-get warning
Dear Linux team,
On my linux box i installed apt-get for rpm.
Now i am getting errors like
[EMAIL PROTECTED] root]# apt-get install netscape
warning: cannot get exclusive lock on /var/lib/rpm/Packages
can anyone tell me fix

Its fine now.
Can someone tell me how i can search for a string in
apt-cache for a
package name. Problem is many times we don't have
the know correct
package-names.
