%files section would be good to get going. Take a look at this :

I used the following commands...
cd ~
mkdir net-snmp
cd net-snmp
then i made directories SPECS, SRPMS, SOURCES, RPMS, BUILD
then i copied my source code into SOURCES directory. and put my
