in my humble experience, the only *workable* upgrade to a redhat from a
previous version to another is as follows:
1) backup your data
2) erase the existing installation
3) freshly install the new version.
4) plug your data files back.

pcqlinux is not an original RH distro, and the acutal
RH cd doesnt recognize it as such...
So, i'd recommend you to backup the data and then
re-install on the existing partition..
