Hi,

*24 Online* is a good choice if you want to distribute the bandwidth on
Cables. Another is *Allot* or *Astro Flow* again Linux based Servers. If
you don't want to go for a branded one, then I can refer some persons
who can make a customize Linux box for your application and that too in
a low cost budget. If you want to go for a free (muft as in thandi
lassi) you can configure squid with bandwidth pools and there are
freewares that will give you the GUI support. It will be a very good
exercise.
