well, to all you good folks who insisted that any and all problems with installing 10.2 over 10.1.5 would be fixed with a clean install: because of connectivity issues, i did a CLEAN INSTALL of 10.2 and the connectivity problem became 100x worse! not better. this is the first time I've successf
