Hi ...I am trying to get an iMac's password reset and it's really
being a pain. I got the system disk and loaded it..at first it

Safari 4 was officially released today. You can get it by running
software update (top left corner click apple icon, then Software
Update). Or better yet go to http://www.apple.com/safari
