Not determined. No brower other than safari works.

I have a 1.25 gig eMac with OS 10.3.3. I have upgraded to 10.3.9 and also

I had sold performance with 10.3.3 . When I upgraded to 10.3.9, Safari
drops. All else OK.
I`m not upgrading to Tiger yet. First, I want to know that 10.3.0 will work
with Safari. Any patches?
