I have an Intel iMac (24" Mid 2007) running 10.6.2. Earlier this day I was moving files from an External Hard Disk Drive (EHDD) via the iMac's FireWire (FW) 800 port to another EHDD via the iMac's FW 400 port and copying a video from a camcorder (iMovie) via FW 400 connected to the EHDD connected t
