I'm receiving mails marked as a spam by the premium spam ( imail 8.22)
and theirs originating ips are listed in the white list ips addresses.
The last thing i've read says that this version uses the whitelist ip
addresses against the conection-filtering, but i doesnt happend the same

I've an IMAIL 8.15 and the antispam, and some mails really important
were marked so i wrote the origin ips and the domains in the trusted
address space in the imail administrator; and for my surprise those
mails are also marked by the content filtering.
I've checked the log and the origin ip has
not any ideas how to solve it ?

I have upgraded the version to the newest one in

not added (or recognized), I've checked the host delimiters and
they were written in an identical way how the konwledge base says

ok, now the fpcmd.exe had been working ( instead of f-prot.exe) for two days
but the
problem is still happenning, now the popups windows says that the programs
failing are fpcmd.exe and smtp32.exe. The failure doesn't happen when the
service smtp is restarted every 12 hours.

antivirus comes the fpcmd.exe? because in my version or type cant be

problem displaying it. It was just in the conversion.
In the end, we had to delete and re-create each
user that had the _ in it. Problem solved.

Hello!
Had the same problems some times already.
I found a solution which is working for me
(using V5+6 - both latest patches etc, applied) -
just changing the password helped.
Don't know why only some user accounts show
that problem - while others working fine?

Hello Scott!
The option "Check Valid Sender" does not filter these messages.
The log show that Imail (5.09) turns the address in a "valid" when
processing e.g.

[61.201] MAIL FROM: <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >

Hello!
Is there a way to reject/kill e-mails which are just relayed using a blank
character in the MAIL FROM line e.g.
[24.54.94.169] MAIL FROM: <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >
Because of the blank character the message is relayed, security options are
set to "Relay for local hosts only".
