I've set up a test listserv with 2
addresses on it. The mail server is NOT relaying any mail and it has a minimal
number of total email accounts on the box. But when I send a message from the
admin of this listserv to the list, suddenly 20 processes of SMTPd.exe
/SMTP.exe are spawned. I've read through all the Knowledge base stuff and
nothing applies to this. Any ideas?
