This was the response I received after explaining to their tech support
what I discovered from this list and asking if IMAIL had a fix
"Microsoft broke HTML standards with that stationary.
At present there's nothing we can do to fix it, other than forwarding
the message back to yourself or c
I updated to 7.15 after seeing that thread earlier. No change.

We have found with certain "stationary" the client will put in a tag
like:. In an HTML parser this will look like a
"title" tag that is never closed. IN the View source do a search for
title. for every it finds there should be a closing tag
as well for it to be considered valid HTML. Not all st
valid HTML. Not all style sheets (.css's) do this.

Ok..I was able to duplicate this rather quickly this time, by using one
of the messages that a user sent me that didn't show up in someone
else's web messaging.

This used to happen with the older versions of IMAIL, but instead of
being blank, it would come out coded/garbled
