We were having the same problems. Outlook 97 doesn't work with IMail so we
went out and purchased a Outlook 98 user manual, and that came with Outlook
98. It's a free upgrade since O97 sucks big time. O98 is still a pain though.

Microsoft gave it away for free, you can probably call
