Sandy,
I set up an outbound rule test on a domain bound to an IP to send and
copy if from a particular sender. I ran several tests and the results
follow:
1) Messages sent to an address off server - rule was invoked and
executed
2) Messages sent to an address in same domain - rule

Set up an outgoing rule. This will give you an orules.ima file in your
Imail folder.
The format of the rule you want for this is:
F~username:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Where the username is the Imail mailbox name and the [EMAIL PROTECTED] is
the email address you want to copy all of the outbo

simple.. there is a function within IMail, 7.13 anyway, that will allow you
to copy all to his email box. Find the SMTP Admin GUI and click the SMTP
Security tab. You'll notice there is a check box next to copy all mail
'enable' then put your bosses email address in.
