This is almost certainly a client-side issue. The fact that it happens with qpopper as well as ipop3d indicates that the problem is independent of the server implementation. If you are running an anti-virus program with email scanning, it could be interfering with the POP3 traffic. Another

Thanks. I will shut off the server antivirus and test...it does seem that it is client side because, on my test message I can switch the encoding in Outlook to uuencode and then it is processed and picked up fine... If it is client side, I have no clue how to fix it... -Original Message-
