1. Mulberry seems to assume that it is the only client that accesses the mail store. It doesn't use the IDLE command, and rarely sends NOOPS. In fact it only ever seems to do FETCH STORES unless you explicitly hit the check button. In the Preferences, look at the Alerts tab and change the
