Hello everyone, I'm sorry for kind of a dumb question, I've read FAQ, and even compiled sources on WinXP, but I'm trying to figure which operating system among *NIX is almost 'ready-to-build' (assuming I have a C++ compiler) UW IMAP server. To clarify myself, I need to install the server on
