Once upon a time, before I had SSPI code, I built the c-client on Windows
using OpenSSL.
However, since c-client supports SSPI on Windows, and all but the very
most ancient versions of Windows have SSPI built in as part of the
operating system, it is pointless today to build Windows c-client

I was successful in my efforts to build UW-c-client on
Windows XP and Visual Studio 6. I found out that the
SSL library used by c-client in Windows is secur32.lib
and cryt32.lib.
I would like c-client to use the OpenSSL Windows port ?
Is this even possible and attempted
