What has changed and what might fix things on my server? I can install a
different pop3 daemon if abso
Not the best place for this request, but if anyone has a pointer to
documentation how to set up namespaces for UW Imap that would be great.

In 4.0 I have a config section for my servers that sets the mail folders

How do I set this up in 5.0?
'imap_config' => array(
'children' => false,
'namespace' => array(
'mail/' => array(
Good question, I never changed anything before now.

Try this: Go to
(if it makes a difference I am useing the Horde Webmail product)
Apache 2.0, netbsd 4.1
Login works fine.
At the portal and see
Mail Unseen Total
Inbox - 210
I select Inbox and get the screen with a spinning wheel and no messages
get loaded in even after 30 minutes.

I am willing to bet this is related to the behavior I am seeing (and
reported).
New mail arrives; the number of unread messages is updated, but the new
message does not show up in my message list; when I check the
corresponding UNIX file the message has been moved into it; pine and
other client
Correct, but why would there be a difference in how imap is called or used
between 1.0.1 and 1.1? imap has not changed and when I delete an item it
is called properly. It is only upon refresh that it is not working right.

More information:
If I move an item in my Inbox to another folder when it refreshes it loads
the new email. Similarly if I delete a message. Seems that only when
logging in or refreshing it does not pick up new messages.

Using horde-webmail 1.1, php 5.2, apache 2
When I login to imp I see the number of unread messages in my screen,
however the new messages are not moved from the system mailbox to my
INBOX. No error messages in either horde.log or php.log

The only phptype I see in the conf file for horde is
conf.php:$conf['sql']['phptype'] = 'mysql';
I have a feeling
This is a per user setting

I am using imap-uw in case it makes any difference. One new data point
that may help. When I authenticate using MIMP I get logged in almost
instantly it is only with imp that it takes forever to get logged in.

I kicked up the logging level for horde, php, and the webservers as high
as I can and no clues as to what is going on. Any other ideas where to
look?

I seem to have MIMP configured, based on what horde tells me when I go to
the Amdinistration - Configuration page. However, when I fo to
https://hostname/horde/mimp all I get is a blank page. Similarly if I try
to go to Mobile Mail from IMP I get a blank page.
