thanks, eric. are you saying i need to get something more than the email i have explicitly stating that i can import this data into OSM? ill run & fix any validation errors during conflation/importing in JOSM. the address points are a separate point layer, multiple points are not on top of build

The data itself looks high quality with a lot of extra stuff to work with (business names, amenity types are a nice bonus). On to the picky stuff, though. :) Licensing issues aside, having a contact name at York County GIS department would be a plus. Having a more concrete statement from the GI
