Unfortunately, I had experienced the same problem, This printer is not
supported by Mac, I got to this conclusion after doin all the RD for a
year and then bought a WI-Fi Laser Printer of Samsung at 6000.00 Rs.

Is this a printer or all in one type? I had problem with my canon copier.
Canon did not support also. Finally found a driver that supported it. Try
different drivers depending on type of machine. See which works.
