public discussion in the actual budget request ticket on Fedora APAC trac [1].

I am also CCing site (Rupali) here as I heard that the initial request for the
event was only for an internal event to RH. Rupali can confirm more
about this.
As Amit pointed out in another email in this thread, we should make sure
that we showcase people's actual achievements in upstream contributions
in Fedora land. Other than that it will not be that much of a Fedora
event.

name/names as speakers, whoever wants to talk more on actual upstream
contribution.
