Hi guys, one of Italian user group friend need to update his opensolaris
installation (running snv_107) to an older release, like snv_109 because
the latest has some bugs for him.
Any hints to do this taks?

I'm not sure I follow your question, but I think it is this:
You are currently running snv_107 and wish to update.
The latest available is snv_111, but you cannot update to it (due to
known bugs).
So, you want to update to a release which is not the current latest, but
snv_109.

Not sure I understand the question - but it means
upgrade the named BE to snv_109 (assuming that the
BE was at a lower revision - I've not actually
tried it the other way around).

109? If so

Wonder, if this work both at Nevada & Indi
A couple of weeks have passed and I've now attempted to update from b108 to
b110 with the same effect. I've done a bit more checking and it is very similar
to a problem recently reported by a person trying to update from b106 to b108.

I got the Firefox problem fixed by deleting the various cache files in my
.mozilla directory; the fact that Firefox went wonky must have just been by
pure coincidence.
