Thanks Giby Ji for this lead, but to me the corolla tube looks shorter in
my specimen. I know that my plant has most flowers withered, I will try to

I have seen similar occurrence of this plant near the points of
Mahabaleshwar too.
Due to heavily flowing wind the stem and branches become tough and woody as

Though from Rubiaceae a dicot it seems to have 3-4 petals.
Anyone seeing the plant with 3 petals will always get confused
and think of a monocot.
