I do not recall seeing aphid infestation, but the lady bird beetles were
rather common. While we were in Sandakhphu in Singalila NP, I remember
seeing a group of 7 or 8 in a about 2 square inches. They were everywhere.

May be Cleome but not fitting close to any species known to me.
Leaves are simple and not trifoliate here. If some picture with different
angle is there it might help.
