Not B. falcatum Nidhan ji in which leaves are narrowed towards base. It is
perhaps B. jucundum as leaves are amplexicaul. Please also rule out B.
rotundifolium if you have more photographs (leaves are perfoliate in that).

Not Rubia for two reasons
Rubia leaves are differentiated into a distinct petiole and broad lamina
Second and more important flowers of Rubia are pentamerous, here they are
tetramerous
It is some species of Galium, I hope. Perhaps fruits can help or we find
out a species with pink/purple

Nidhan sir yes the stalk is blue sometimes, not a big deal. Sometimes both
pedicel and peduncle are blue in some species whereas pedicel is blue and
