Dear Manoj Ji, Many thanks for your kind explanation. So far in spite of my best efforts I have yet to see a spike in which flowers have undergone anthesis and have protruding anthers. Perhaps it is still early. I will keep looking and if I find one I will post a photo. With sincere regards
