Yes, *Rhynchoglossum notonianum,  East Indian Klugia.

*Commonly seen in moist areas in the western ghats in Kerala, especially on 
wet rock faces near 
waterfalls along with many impatiens species. 
It is a good indicator species for wetness.
Delicate and beautiful flowers.
