Thank you all members in making the 'Kas Week' a success though I was afraid that it would turn out to be a 'Kash Week' or a 'Kas Weak'. I will soon post the analysis of species but by and large the species that featured in posts represented the typical habitat of a lateritic plateau. This location is now a natural heritage and documentation of this site is vital in its preservation. Statistically Kas would not compare with V0F but diversity is distinct. I am extremely thankful to all those who contributed or appreciated the posts thogh personally I did not acclaim each post. I have documented 175 species from Kas but I posted only those 'out of box' species. I am thankful to all those who compensated for my physical absence during the episode. With best regards,
