Dear Sir This is* Euphorbia hypericifolia* L., called *Dudhi* in Hindi. The distinctive features are reddish or tan colour of the internodes, deltoid stipules, leaves obliquely rounded at base and completely serrulate along margins; cyathia clustered at tips of long peduncles with 2 or 3 subtending small leaves.
