The only *Dracaena*, in FBI specified region,  with large decurved
inflorescence, is *D. angustifolia* Roxb

it may not be same. With its curved inflo, unlike *D. draco*
<http://toptropicals.com/catalog/uid/dracaena_draco.htm>, I think it comes
closer to *Dracaena cochinchinensis* (Lour.) S.C.Chen
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=200027620>.
