Thank you Radha and Dr. Santhosh Kumar. Yes, there is similarity of this 
plant with F. heterophylla but it differs with it in following points.
1. Habit is densely branched erect shrub and not a slender diffuse trailing 
shrub.
2. Habitat is rock faces at high elevations and not on river banks
3. Leaves are rather large
I do not know if F heterophylla shows these variations. Regards
