Dear Santhan Ji
 
Your ID led to believe the plant may be Baliospermum solanifolium or Micrococca 
mercurialia both belong to Euphorbiaceae and both are recorded in Sri Lanka. I 
am not sure how to verify, any suggestion is welcome please.
