I agree Sir. Without flower and fruit it is not possible to identify correctly a plant by someone who is not familiar with regional flora. My guess was simply wild. It may be a member of some other genus as well. Even it may be another *Boehmeria* as well, as in http://botany.cz/cs/boehmeria-penduliflora/ Simply wild guess....!
