Assuming the plant is unarmed, this (IMG-20180812-WA0023.jpg) would be *Euphorbia geroldii* Rauh [*Euphorbiaceae*]. It is not as common in cultivation (in Maharashtra) as its congener *E. milii* Des Moul.
