I checked keys in Flora of Bhutan at Viola

It leads me to *Viola pilosa* Blume
<https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/v/violaceae/viola/viola-pilosa>
 only.
Flora of China

stipules mostly free, brown or green, lanceolate, margin long or shortly
fimbriate-dentate.
