Thanks, Surajit ji. After going through the keys in Flora of Bhutan as available at Embelia <https://efloraofindia.com/2011/02/27/embelia/> and GBIF specimens of *Embelia vestita* Roxb. <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=7330920> and *Embelia gamblei* Kurz ex C.B.Clarke <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=3720655> (*E. frondosa* (King ex Gamble) D.G.Long), I feel it is more closer to *Embelia gamblei* Kurz ex C.B.Clarke due to large size of the leaves and clear venation at the abaxial side of the leaf. I observed some serration in the specimens of this at specimen one <https://api.gbif.org/v1/image/unsafe/http%3A%2F%2Fmediaphoto.mnhn.fr%2Fmedia%2F1441378629101hFDqkFvtvFgtOZTT> and two <https://api.gbif.org/v1/image/unsafe/http%3A%2F%2Fsweetgum.nybg.org%2Fimages3%2F626%2F395%2F00329189.jpg>. Also in the posted image, I do not see any serration in one of the leaves.
