Note: Dr. Almeida in Flora of Maharastra writes this as a synonym
ofEulophianuda which is wrong. He has even cited the authors of this
species wrongly among the synonyms. Correct author citation
is,Eulophiaspectabilis(Dennst.) Suresh published in 1988 is based on a
basionym WolfiaspectabilisDennst., Schlüssel Hortus Malab.: 38
(1818), whereasEulophianuda Lindl. was published in 1833. So
following ICBN Vienna code according ti priority of
publicationEulophiaspectabilisshould have been the correct name for
this plant.
