I was thinking of copy pasting the Hindi text onto google translator and
then further modifying their output and presenting it to you.

The bottom line in the news-piece was just the documentation of an
observation ( with images) and a hypothesis ( around currently yellowing
leaves of palash and association with climate change ). It may need further
study as pointed out by the others.
