Thank you all, now its clear that there is difference of opinion in the nomenclature and synonymy of *Murraya exotica* with *M. paniculata*. The synonymy is still under review in theplantlist.org. I have already mentioned the big difference i.e. the former is cultivated (may be a cultivar?) and the latter is wild. Other differences as I observed are in the leaf shape and flower size. Let's hear from other members who have seen both.
