Feedback from Max ji:
"May I suggest, as all these ideas being put forward are very time
consuming, that the database entries be farmed out to other people?

Garg ji, I know this is your 'baby' and you probably control the database,
but could different aspects be the responsibility of different volunteers,
even if a person held the post only for a limited time? You could still
retain oversight, but it might lift some of the work from your broad
shoulders. For instance, this idea of overseas plant ID being added is
great, but it will certainly multiply the database entries. Could this part
be handled by someone else? Their position is Overseas Database Controller
2009 or some such thing, then they hand it over to someone else for next
year. Similarly, my complex grading scheme could be simplified and added
slowly to the existing database, depending on the information given.

Just a thought or two. I love the way the chapter is shaping up, by the way.
I worried about cutting out the first person narrative completely as it
gives the chapter a really personal touch, so it is good that you have
reintroduced it.

Max"
