This is bit strange because the CI job compile with no errors.
After looking at your trace it seems that Maven tries to download the
artifact on central. AFAIK, seam-bom is not present on central but it is on
JBoss repository (
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/index.html#nexus-search;gav~or

Just for the record, I think there is the same problem with the
EmbeddedCacheManager#getDefaultConfiguration() method.

What's the process for the docs? (I've seen that documentations are now on
Confluence)
