We are experimenting a big delay when we want access to cvs. We
are not sure if the delay is caused by cvs or not. My question is: is it
possible that a big repository (a lot of files, and a lot of
history) makes cvs go slower?

If the server is running CVS 1.10.6, upgrade to the latest version
