We are experimenting a big delay when we want access to cvs. We
are not sure if the delay is caused by cvs or not. My question is: is it
possible that a big repository (a lot of files, and a lot of
history) makes cvs go slower?

into html files) using cvswrappers. The trouble is that the main branch of CVS
does not support to cvs filters in cvswrappers any more (since 1.9.26 or
something like this).

I need to know if the browse feature in Wincvs version 1.1b15 can view
the repository structure from a Unix system. Im working on Windows 2000 professional. I also have this installed on Windows
NT4.0 Service Pack 6a. When
looking at the gui and connecting it only shows my working

then hack away the output. Shows the tips though. Anybody has and idea on
how to see it on a branch?

My understanding of client server commit with keywords :-
user commits file
server transforms keywords and sends patch or updated file to client
client puts changes to a temp_file
client renames temp_file

tag, yes, kinda:
use tag or rtag with -r option to create new tag on same versions as
previous tag. Then use -d to delete old tag.
Can't use this on branches though.
