I'm sorry to bother you, but I have some question about CVS,
I found that an Unix CVS Client can't access a WinNT CVS server.
because WinNT CVS server's CVSROOT is somewhat like

where you must specify the absolute path as "e:/cvs"
but in a Unix CVS Client you must be

That doesn't make any sense -- revision 1.4 is on the trunk, it's not on
a branch.

And if that isn't sufficient to fix the problem, upgrade to the current
release of CVS (1.11.1p1) from www.cvshome.org.

It would appear that you have a problem on your server. There are

Hi all,
I want to use WinCVS1.3b4 or WinCVS1.3b6 with .rhost-Authentication to
an LINUX-machine-repository(cvs 1.11), but I get always:

directory
With WinCVS1.2 the same configuration works.
What did I missed, or is it impos

Hi,
Here at InfoInterActive we've gotten into the habit of defining modules
for each library so when that library module is checked out, all of the
library modules that it depends on are also checked out. The problem
with this is when the same module ends up included more than once. When

Hi,
I have just set up a repository on a machine and I intend for all users
to connect through the pserver.
I have followed all of the instructions, and I can verify that all users
can log in and log out of CVS. However, I get problems when I try to
import code (although it does seem to work)
Hello All,
Whenever I start Wincvs (1.3 b6) on my Win NT 4.0 (sp6a), it crashes.
But wincvs 1.2 is working without a hitch.
What are the packages, that are needed for v1.3?
Any solutions?
Thanks and Regards,
Vikas
